    • Why customers choose your business, how to make more of existing relationships, and whether you're making the most of your competitive advantage.

    • Where profit might be slipping away and what you could do to improve it.

    You'll have time to apply the ideas to your own business, draw on the experience of other business owners and leave with a practical plan to progress one of your key priorities for 2027.
