I started as a graduate in 2003 and was with Campbell Tyson for five years before leaving to check out the Auckland commercial scene. I came to really miss the Campbell Tyson culture and the endless opportunities we are exposed to here (not to mention no longer having to sit in Auckland traffic), and so rejoined the firm in 2014.
My expertise is in the bloodstock industry, which comprises a diverse range of business types. Having had horses from a young age, I love working with clients who are involved with horses in some way. I am interested in business restructures as well as tax management, mitigation and negotiation and have experience within that field. I am also mentor for CAANZ and really enjoy being able to guide and develop junior staff to gain their Chartered Accountant qualifications.
Living on a lifestyle block in Waiau Pa with my husband and young daughter, we raise a few beef calves as well as a having a collection of my retired competition horses and, of course, a pony for my daughter.
