ACC: General COVID-19 Information for Business

ACC branches are closed but able to be contacted via phone 0800 222 776 or email via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Relief is being provided to businesses providing more time and flexibility to make levy payments. Active collection has been paused.
ACC has delayed all invoicing for three months:
· CoverPlus: To be invoiced in October
· CoverPlus Extra: To be invoiced in July
The later dates for invoicing will not alter cover in the interim or in the case of CoverPlus Extra the agreed amount.
You can also check your ACC status for amounts outstanding through MyACC for Business.
