I have lived rurally in Te Kauwhata my whole life and worked out of the TK Accounting office for 35 years. When we were looking at restructuring TKA 4 years ago, we felt Campbell Tyson’s values and work ethics fitted particularly well with our office. This eventually led to a merger of the firms in April 2018.

My main area of specialisation is farming – dairy, beef and sheep. I have deep farming knowledge within my accounting practice and concerning farm operations. I also have experience with restructuring and succession planning.

Outside the office I manage my own farming operations, I’ve been a volunteer firefighter for 26 years, and my wife Leah and I have two adult children. I love the rural life – I could not imagine ever living in the city.
